Tin mill Blackplate (TMBP)
Black Plate is a substrate/freestock/raw material used to make Tinplate and tin free steel ECCS, Black Plate is thin, low carbon and is a cold reduced steel coil form.
Black Plate is produced in cold rolled once or twice and continuously annealed.
Black Plate can be coated with a thin layer of tin or chromium through electrolytic deposition.
The thickness of Black plate arrange from 0.14-0.5mm. Two types of the annealing: Box Annealing ( BA), Continuous Annealing( CA)
the steel types, the temper, and the annealing method are composed the grade of Black plate.
