During the production process, There always have some percentage of the products with defects. They will be defined as Seconday. They are not completely useless, instead, they are relatively useful with low price products. We can always have the source of seconday to meet your needs of  Tinplate and TFS.  The secondary Tinplate coils is mostly between the 0.14 - 0.50mm.
